Web app guide

Use this page for day-to-day workflows in the Whouno web experience.

1) Sign in and choose workspace

  • Sign in via the main app login.
  • Choose the correct workspace if you belong to multiple teams.
  • Confirm your data context from the top navigation before importing.

2) Integrations

  • Open Integrations and connect Google, Microsoft 365, iCloud, or AOL.
  • Use the connection cards to verify status and trigger syncs.
  • For Microsoft/Google, one account can enable mail, calendar, and contacts sources.

3) File imports

  • Upload supported files (CSV, VCF, ICS, MBOX, PST, WhatsApp export) in File import.
  • Watch import progress and completion states from Integrations.
  • Re-run import when source data changes.

4) Contacts and organizations

  • Browse People/Organizations, review enriched records, and edit key details.
  • Use dedupe tools for cleanup when multiple records represent the same person.
  • Use notes and relationship context to prepare for meetings.

5) Media and map

  • Upload media for shared context and link media to people.
  • Use Map for geotagged photos and address-linked records.
  • Use @-mentions and captions to keep context discoverable by your team.

6) Billing and account

  • Manage seats and plans from Billing.
  • Review usage metrics from account and workspace settings.
  • Update team access and subscriptions as your organization grows.
