The service
WHOUNO provides software for teams to manage contacts and related information. We may change features with reasonable notice when practical; material adverse changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance where required.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our gross negligence.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse WHOUNO, including by:
- Violating law or third-party rights
- Attempting to probe, scan, or test our systems without authorisation
- Uploading malware or sending spam through integrations
- Reverse engineering the service except where law permits
Customer data
You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as disclosed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where law requires. You may cancel according to in-app billing controls.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WHOUNO’s total liability for claims arising from these terms or the service is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if none, fifty currency units). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using WHOUNO at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal requirement, with notice when reasonable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to WHOUNO’s operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise.
